Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Admin / Office Manager to join our client in the logistics industry. As an Admin / Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day office operations
Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks and procedures
Meeting targets and deadlines
Building relationships
Adhering to safety standards
Daily, weekly and monthly reports
Managing the POD process
Assisting with office payments
Managing petty cash
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
