Ensuring that the store's Admin Department always runs smoothly and that all administration policies and procedures are correctly and consistently implemented in the business.

Ensure the Company image is protected by delivering excellence in customer service always acting in the best interests of the Company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-Oversee all administrative functions within the store, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and daily sales reporting.-Manage cash handling procedures, banking, reconciliation and good receiving.-Manage Debtors Book and assist with Creditors reconciliations.-Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll inputs.-Support the Store Manager with audits, compliance, and operational reporting.-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.-Ensure the store complies with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.-Handle internal communications and assist in onboarding new staff.REQUIREMENTS-Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role in a retail environment.-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with retail management systems is a plus.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.LOCATIONMillside Park, Old Mill Rd, Ndabeni, Cape Town, .QUALIFICATIONSThe individual filling this position should at least have passed Matric (or equivalent), have a valid Matric / qualification certificate and a minimum of 2-3 years retail experience.HOW TO APPLYSubmit your CV and a brief cover letter to
