Position: Admin Coordinator at Sandton Medical and Dental Centre

Located in Sandton, Johannesburg, we are seeking to recruit an Admin Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess billing information and ensure correctness.
  2. Maintain stock management processes.
  3. Regularly review GOODX and SWITCH system set-up.
  4. Manage main receptionist staff members and rostering.
  5. Ensure maintenance of office equipment.
  6. Follow up on all accounts properly.
  7. Identify problems effectively using age analysis.
  8. Oversee daily cash-up control and banking processes.
  9. Manage all patient accounts and related functions.
  10. Take responsibility for managing the practice in the absence of the practice manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification; a degree or diploma will be advantageous.
  • 2-3 years' experience in an office administration environment.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
  • GoodX system experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer skills; MS Office experience is advantageous.
