Job description

Riverhorse Valley.Well-established company forming part of a large group of companies with Head Offices situated in Italy is seeking a dynamic and highly organizedAdmin Coordinatorto manage a broad range of administrative, logistics, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee import processes including customs documentation, courier coordination, and overseas payment scheduling

Manage daily office operations, including IT, health and safety, staff onboarding, timekeeping, and supplies

Handle debtors, creditors, cost control, and ERP data entry (SAP)

Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and support event planning and stock-takes

Maintain accurate records, manage contracts, support budget tracking, and generate key reports

Drive process improvements and support cross-functional teams

Implement and maintain administrative policies

Requirements:

Proven experience in import management and office administration

Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP (SAP) skills

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple functions (finance, logistics, HR, etc.)

Valid driver’s license and own transport essential
