Admin Assistant / Data Capturer (Half Day) – Germiston.

This role is key to ensuring operational compliance in a niche trading environment. You’ll manage critical data and Excel-driven processes while preparing and submitting regulatory applications and permits to government departments.


Your accuracy and organisation will keep the business compliant and its operations running smoothly.


Location: Elandsfontein, Johannesburg East (On-site, mornings-only).


Salary: R8 000 – R10 000 CTC per month.


Minimum Requirements:



  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, macros, etc)

  • Experience in submitting government/regulatory permit or licence applications (trade/environmental/agricultural or similar) preferred

  • Solid admin and document control; meticulous attention to detail

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a small team

  • Prior admin/data capture experience

  • Able to effectively communicate in-person and over the phone with internal and external stakeholders


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Capture and maintain procurement/inventory data in Excel

  • Maintain and improve operational spreadsheets (formulas; macros where relevant)

  • General admin supporting purchasing, logistics, and reporting

  • Prepare and submit permit/licence applications to relevant departments; track renewals and compliance

  • Liaise with the team to ensure all regulatory obligations are met
