We’re looking for a highly organized, resilient, and proactive Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Managing daily and weekly work schedules with precision
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to a Project Manager
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple projects
• Communicating clearly and professionally (verbal and written)
• Handling admin tasks efficiently and consistently
• Using Microsoft Excel for reporting, organizing data, and updates
• Assisting with appointment and work scheduling
• Keeping a clear record of what’s been done and what’s outstanding
