Job description

Purpose of the position: The admin assistant is responsible for accurately and clearly capturing all administrative work related to the Validator Repair Centre in Boksburg. Data must be captured and saved to ensure accurate records can be accessed later.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Updating repair registers, device investigation forms, and other relevant documentation.
  2. Sharing or presenting captured information as required.
  3. Creating job cards and delivery notes on the system to record parts used.
  4. Ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  5. Maintaining repair registers and updating them regularly.
  6. Recording parts accurately and ensuring proper charging.
  7. Processing invoicing as necessary.
  8. Filing and managing documents and paperwork efficiently.
  9. Working independently to meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:

Standard hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7:30 am to 2:00 pm on Fridays. Overtime and weekend work may be required during busy periods. The role is based in an office environment and requires adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Good math, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude for accurate data capturing.
