Job Opportunity : Admin Assistant – Office Support (Debtors, Creditors & General Admin)

We are seeking a young, energetic, and talented peoples-person to join our dynamic team in an administrative support role. This key position involves supporting the Accounts and Office Department with various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and ready to take responsibility for important day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Assisting with debtors and creditors processing
  2. Performing general office administration and filing
  3. Capturing and reconciling invoices and payments
  4. Following up on outstanding customer accounts
  5. Answering calls and emails professionally
  6. Updating and maintaining digital and physical filing systems
  7. Supporting the accounts team with data entry and reports
  8. Ordering and managing office supplies
  9. Providing backup assistance to other departments when needed
  10. Maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks
