About The Job: Ad-Hoc GR II RW Instructor

Vacancy: GR II RW Instructor (Short Term Contract)

Reporting To: Head of Training

Location: South Africa, Mossel Bay

Starlite Aviation Training Academy Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and dependable professional with a strong desire to build significant flight hours at a competitive salary to fill the position of GR III RW Instructor. The role will be based in Mossel Bay, South Africa.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Perform all duties related to flying and ground instruction in accordance with the TPM.
2. Comply with all Company and SACAA policies and procedures.
3. Adhere to all safety standards both on the ground and in the air.
4. Manage the performance and development of all students (flying and non-flying).
5. Regularly update flight on duty spreadsheets, ab initio instruction times, and instructors file.

Critical Requirements

1. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Excellent planning and organisation skills.
4. Strong compliance awareness.

Qualifications And Experience

The following are essential for this position:

1. Holder of CPL (H) with a Gr II Instructor Rating.
2. R22, R44, Cabri G2 Instructor Ratings (preferable).
3. Military background (advantageous).
