Qualifications

• 3+ years' actuarial experience in Short-Term Insurance.
• 1+ years' experience leading teams or managing resources.
• Progress toward or qualified Actuary.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actuarial models and insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of Actuarial Analysts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor actuarial models.
• Oversee pricing changes and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Drive innovation and process improvements.
• Prepare and present reporting and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
