We're looking for someone like you to join our growing microinsurance team, a small collaborative unit making a big impact. What You'll Be Doing :

• Building and refining data models to guide smart business decisions
• Running valuations and pricing models for life and funeral products
• Managing policy administration and ensuring accurate, clean reporting
• Exploring machine learning and AI tools to enhance predictive capabilities
• Collaborating with a lean, energetic team where your voice and ideas matter

We're Looking For Someone Who :

• Has hands-on experience in life and funeral insurance
• Is comfortable with valuations, pricing, and policy analytics
• Knows their way around Python, SQL, and maybe even R
• Has dabbled in (or is curious about) machine learning and AI in an insurance setting
• Works well independently but also enjoys team brainstorms
