Key Responsibilities

  • The Activity Staff creates memorable experiences by delivering guest-centric services that meet brand standards and health protocols. They emcee activities, support a guest and teammate-centric culture, and promote safety and health standards.
  • They host and assist all activities, embracing MedallionClass products to identify guests and provide personalized service. They ensure consistent product delivery and uphold Service Excellence principles.
  • They collaborate with onboard teammates, provide reliable information, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. They greet guests warmly, maintain safety standards, and comply with protocols.
  • They own their activity areas, support initiatives, anticipate guest needs, and actively learn about products, policies, and ports.
  • They arrive early to set up, engage with guests, and maintain equipment and consumables responsibly.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Candidates should understand guest experience principles and hospitality operations, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service and teamwork.
  • They must have enthusiasm for engaging activity programs for all ages and abilities, offering diverse experiences.
  • They should possess a confident, charming stage presence that is natural, engaging, humorous, and endearing.
  • A clear, concise CV is essential, ideally minimalist in style.
