A leading financial services provider in Johannesburg is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support workforce experiences by activating learning solutions. The candidate will analyze data, provide insights for workforce improvements, and engage with various stakeholders to enhance learning uptake. Required qualifications include a relevant degree and 3-4 years' experience in Learning and Development. To support a positive workforce experience by activating learning solutions and programmes conducted internally and by external providers. This includes providing feedback to allow the Learning Centre of Excellence (CoE) to proactively manage and engage employees within a transformed environment. The role also involves analyzing and integrating data, submitting reports to support workforce insights, and helping business and CoE leaders shape decisions aligned with a digitally driven CoE strategy and philosophy.
Minimum qualifications include a degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Science, Social Science, or Commerce.
