Job Description

To support a positive workforce experience by activating learning solutions and programmes conducted internally and by external providers. This includes providing feedback to allow the Learning Centre of Excellence (CoE) to proactively manage and engage employees within a transformed environment. The role also involves analyzing and integrating data, submitting reports to support workforce insights, and helping business and CoE leaders shape decisions aligned with a digitally driven CoE strategy and philosophy.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Science, Social Science, or Commerce.

Experience Required
  • 3-4 years’ workplace experience within Learning and Development, with evidence of contribution to People & Culture practices.
  • Experience in administering processes related to attendance, feedback evaluation of learning events, and supporting L&D initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with learning activators and partners to analyze learning data and increase learning solution uptake.
  • Understanding of digital learning ecosystems and technology integration.
  • Experience in data capturing for reports on training categories, costs, venues, and other parameters.
  • Knowledge of Learning Governance, Risk, Regulatory, Prudential & Compliance standards.
  • Financial management experience in L&D, including invoice processing and monitoring via systems like Coupa.
  • Experience supporting digital governance standards and system performance reporting.
  • Monitoring software licenses/subscriptions for optimal utilization.
  • Experience supporting learning partners and providing administrative support to delegates.
  • Customer service experience, with effective communication and attention to detail in addressing learner queries.
