What Youll Be Doing

As an Activation Manager , your mission is to make every new salon or wellness partner feel confident, capable, and excited to work with us. From first call to first booking, youll be their go-to guide.

Your day-to-day will include :

  • Acting as the first point of contact for new partners
  • Hosting onboarding calls, training sessions, and offering hands-on support
  • Tracking performance through Salesforce and Google Sheets
  • Helping partners optimise their profiles for maximum impact
  • Working closely with Marketing, Ops, and Product to create a smooth journey
  • Communicating progress, insights, and ideas via Slack and Google Docs
  • Building relationships that support long-term partner success

Tools Youll Use

We work smart, fast, and collaboratively. Expect to use :

  • Slack Real-time communication
  • Google Docs & Sheets Collaboration central
  • MS Office Suite Presentations and structured reports

What Were Looking For

Youre a relationship-builder who brings structure and sparkle in equal measure. You can guide, support, and empower with energy and precision.

Must-haves :
