Title:

Acquisitions Associate / Appointment Setter

Scope of Work:

Cold calling self storage and industrial warehouse facilities with the goal of setting up appointments for your direct report.

The goal is to acquire the property from the owner.

Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to a provided database of leads across multiple states.
• Set appointments for property acquisition discussions.
• Communicate effectively with property owners, discussing pricing expectations.

Qualifications:

No experience necessary — training will be provided on acquisitions, self storage, discussing pricing, and appointment setting strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Not afraid of rejection.
• Excellent speaker with clear and concise communication skills.

Work Schedule:

Full-time / 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM or 10 AM–6 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Breaks:

• 30-minute lunch break per 8-hour shift.
• Additional breaks as needed (e.g., bathroom, water, snacks).

Compensation:

• Monthly base salary in USD (amount to be specified).
• $4 per appointment set (contingent on appointment completion).
• Property purchase incentive paid upon property closing.
• Incentives paid monthly on the 15th.
• Base salary paid semi-monthly.

Contractor Benefits:

• Vacation Days: 1 week (first year), 2 weeks (after first year).
• Sick Days: 7 paid sick days.
