Who are we looking for : An experienced, hands-on and energetic Acquisition Manager to drive our digital growth strategy across both paid and organic channels.

What will you do : Own and lead the digital acquisition strategy, covering both paid and organic channels. Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Programmatic (ideally via Google Campaign Manager)
  • Opera Ads, Phoenix, Bing and other growth channels

Oversee and improve on-page and technical SEO to maximise organic visibility. Work with data :

  • Build, maintain and update dashboards (Excel or BI tools) to track KPIs across all channels.
  • Manage acquisition budgets efficiently to drive registrations and first-time deposits.

Collaborate closely with creative, product and CRM teams to align messaging and maximise conversion.

What do you need : 5+ years of experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing. Proven track record in running and scaling paid campaigns across multiple channels. Solid experience with SEO best practices. Strong skills in analytics, data interpretation and performance reporting. Experience managing acquisition budgets with a clear ROI focus. Experience with iGaming and African markets are a plus.
