Communicate Recruitment is seeking a senior FP&A professional to partner with business leaders and drive strategic financial planning across international units. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, building robust financial models to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions.

The role requires ACMA/CGMA, a BCom in accounting or finance, and CIMA Strategic Level completion, with exposure to multinational environments and advanced Excel and BI

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years' of commercial finance, FP&A or management accounting experience Exposure to international markets or multinational environments Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience Advanced Excel skills Power BI or business intelligence exposure advantageous Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with large datasets and financial reporting tools

Qualification:

ACMA, CGMA qualification essential BCom Accounting, Finance or related degree CIMA Strategic Level completed
