Job summary

Communicate Finance in Gauteng is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support budgeting and forecasting across business units. You will develop and maintain financial models to drive informed decision-making and analyse performance trends, while preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.

You will conduct variance analysis, monitor key drivers, assist with cash flow forecasting, and deliver ad hoc reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ FP&A, Financial Analysis, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting experience
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with large datasets and financial reporting tools
