Our commercial client is looking for a Accounts team leader with 5 years solid experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Debtors, Creditors and Recons.

Salary up to R 35000 (Office hours 07:30 to 15:30)

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Financial / Bookkeeping and added Bonus

5 Years experience in Debtors & Creditors – overseeing a team

Team management

Experience with overall Bookkeeping / Accounting

Experience in Recons of all sort.

Working on Pastel Partner and SAGE evolution

Excel experience

Own Transport/Driver’s license

Responsibilities

Overall Accounts experience – Assist Financial Manager with overall bookkeeping/accounting work all rounder

Understanding and experience with Trial Balance

Oversee 2 staff in Debtors & Creditors

Oversee debtors and creditors processes and function

Analysing age debtors and creditors

Performing bank reconciliations

Assisting in VAT calculation and VAT reviews

Attending to client queries related to accounts

Knowledge in Sage Partner or Sage Evolution

Excel spreadsheet awareness and understanding of report running
