Time Conditions: 5 day Work Week (South Africa)

Purpose of Position: Perform administration and financial tasks in order to ensure accurate account balances and give support to internal clients.

Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Valid South African drivers licence (Code EB and/or A)
3. Debtors experience
4. Proficient in various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Allocation process and reconcile payments
2. Compile reports to provide feedback to management
3. Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath
4. Perform administrative tasks to ensure accurate recording and filing of documents
