Synergy Jobs (Pty) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a 4-month hybrid assignment in Bedfordview. You will manage supplier accounts, process invoices, reconcile statements and ensure timely payments using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The ideal candidate has AP/creditors experience, strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or creditors clerk roles.
• Proficiency with BC Dynamics 365 to process invoices and payments.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payments using BC.
• Verify invoices against POs, delivery notes and supporting docs.
• Code invoices to GL accounts, departments and cost centres.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare supplier payment batches and meet term deadlines.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and filings.
• Assist month-end closing with accruals and reconciliations.
• Support audits with relevant financial documentation.
