Job summary

Groupe CFAO is seeking a Creditors Clerk M/F based in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a Matric/Grade 12 education and at least 5 years of experience in Creditor/Debtor roles, preferably in the Motor industry.

Key responsibilities include vetting supplier information, resolving supplier queries, ensuring accurate Purchase Ledger figures, and processing invoices in the month of occurrence. Proficiency in Advanced Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Creditor/Debtor Experience, preferably in the Motor industry.

Responsibilities

• Vetting of supplier information (Compliance requirements are adhered to).
• Supplier queries are resolved timeously.
• Purchase Ledger figures are accurate.
• Payment deadlines are adhered to.
• GIS is cleared monthly.
• Expense invoices are processed in month of occurrence or provisions have been made.
