Job description

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom in Accounting / Finance (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable / creditors management
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reconciliations, and controls
• Experience in property finance or related industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in MDA, MRI, or similar accounting systems
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and streamline processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable function to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Manage creditor reconciliations, payments, and supplier relationships
• Implement and improve financial processes, policies, and controls
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and company policies
• Lead and mentor a team, driving performance and process optimization
