Job description

There is a Position available in Sandton for an Accounts Payable Controller.

Expected duties:

1. Collect invoices and supporting documentation from LSPs or related departments.
2. Review all invoices against approved quotations.
3. Communicate with LSPs for any additional documentation needed.
4. Address errors and queries with LSPs.
5. Ensure all payments to LSPs are processed within 15 days of receipt of full documentation and invoice.
6. Update all payment figures according to the bill of lading on the Tencent Application.

Minimum requirements:

Matric with a financial subject or a financial college education. Additional financial qualifications/certificates will be beneficial.

Candidate profile:

Our client seeks a young candidate with the right personality and attitude to fit into their team. Must be willing to work hard and follow instructions. No previous work experience is required; training will be provided if the candidate has the right personality and attitude.

Salary and benefits:

Basic salary: R 20,000.00 to R 35,000.00 (negotiable), with medical aid, provident fund, and a cell phone allowance.
