Accounts Payable Assistant - Pepsico Park CDC Snacks

Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

1. Responsible for providing accounts payable services to vendors and internal stakeholders.
2. Investigates, tracks and reports all invoices and processes them for payment.
3. Check account balances and reconciles to vendor statements.
4. Follow-ups on invoice/payment discrepancies and control vendor master data. Ensures timely and accurate payment of invoices.
5. Report on overdue accounts status.
6. Report on invalid liabilities impacting the P&L (GRIR).
7. Sends follow-up inquiries on short paid invoices to vendors.

Qualifications

What will qualify you for this role?

1. Matric
2. National Diploma / Degree in a Finance related field
3. MS Office
4. SAP experience preferred
