Job description

In this role, your main responsibility is to effectively manage Accounts Payable and optimize vendor payments without disrupting business operations. This requires strict adherence to daily processes, the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment, and collaboration with various internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Please note that this is a 6-month temporary role.

What you’ll do:

  • Process raw and non-raw material AP invoices (3-way match) for global business units
  • Investigate received but not invoiced purchase order receipts
  • Participate in month-end close activities and communicate with internal customers and departments
  • Assist with invoice receipt, storage, and approval processes
  • Perform vendor account reconciliations as needed

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or any related fields
  • Experience with integrated business systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for fast data manipulation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle increasing complexity
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial mindset
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
