Hire Resolves client is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Officer to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
  • Processing invoices and receipts
  • Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reviewing and updating financial records
  • Preparing financial reports for management
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

Requirements :

  • AAT Qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years, preferably in the construction field.
  • Experience with tax, data capture, payroll, and reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
