The ideal candidate must have a BCom degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience to help drive the business’s financial health through effective leadership and customer care.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience leading a small team of Finance or Debtors Clarks.
• Strong understanding of the Full Accounting Process.
• Must be a hands-on mentor and a 'go to' person.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4 Accounts Clerks.
• Track revenue and analyze variances for reporting.
• Ensure excellent customer relations and quick query resolutions.

Job description

Large South African and African Electrical Parts Distributor, that is busy, fast-paced and dynamic, requires a young, bright Leader who has managed a Team of 4 Accounts Clerks by being a "hands-on" Mentor that understands the Full Accounting Process well. The ideal candidate will be an Individual who is a "go to" person because they treat a Company like their own, understanding how important Debtors are to the overall health of the Business. They know that each Customer must be treated well, and all queries must be resolved quickly, so that they can buy and pay for stock seamlessly. You will track Revenue closely and analyse all Variances for reporting purposes, to a young, vibrant and extremely bright Executive Team. The Staff live by the values of honesty, integrity and customer care. This role offers fantastic learning and growth, but you have to be fantastic to get through the door.
BCom ESSENTIAL. At least 5 years' exposure leading a small Team of Finance or Debtors Clerks, reporting to the F.M.
