A leading company is seeking an Accounts Assistant primarily to work from home while ensuring data posting quality and supporting financial reporting. Responsibilities include managing month-end journals, reconciliations, and supplier spend analysis, requiring strong attention to detail and finance experience.

Key role within the department to support and drive business decisions by ensuring the data posting quality is exceptional and to support any ad hoc reporting requirements.

This is primarily a work-from-home role, so you'll need your own reliable laptop, a strong fibre internet connection, a noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet workspace with backup power. We offer a monthly work-from-home and connectivity allowance to support you.
While remote, team collaboration is important. You’ll need to attend occasional in-person team meetings and training sessions—so ideally, you should be based in or around Johannesburg.
This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of becoming permanent.
