Job description

Vision Elevators has an exciting position! We are hiring an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Transactions & Record Keeping
    • Passing journals
    • Bank statements processing
  2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
    • Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
    • Following up on outstanding customer invoices
    • Handling petty cash and staff expense claims
    • Processing invoice receipts and payments
  3. Payroll & Tax Compliance
    • Monthly and weekly payroll processing
    • Preparing and submitting EMP201 and other statutory returns (MEIBC and NUMSA)
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies
  4. Financial Reporting & Support
    • Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
    • Providing administrative support to senior accountants or finance managers
  5. Procurement & Inventory Support (If Required)
    • Assisting in procurement by verifying supplier invoices and purchase orders
    • Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management
