Responsibilities

• Process membership applications and respond to member queries.
• Maintain accurate member records, databases and registers.
• Assist with member invoicing and debtor management.
• Follow up on member tonnage declarations and outstanding information.
• Capture, analyse and maintain accurate tonnage data.
• Prepare detailed reports and financial information for management.
• Support the Financial Manager with monthly management accounts.
• Prepare interim and annual regulatory reports.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Support EPR fee collection and payment processes.
