Minimum Requirements:
Prior experience in an accounting or administrative support role
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Assist with both accounts payable and receivable tasks
Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry
Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions
Help prepare financial reports and assist during audits
Handle general office administrative duties and manage documentation
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory compliance
