Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely monthly financial reporting
  • Control of the general ledger
  • Reconciliation of creditor balances
  • Reconciliation of inventory balances
  • Profitability margin reviews and PPV investigations
  • Monitoring of internal controls in terms of SOX
  • Review of creditor reconciliations and payment advices
  • Control of accruals for operating expenses and freight
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational requirement: CA(SA) or equivalent qualification
  • 1-2 years relevant experience is essential
  • Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous
  • Results-driven, assertive, with the ability to take responsibility and accountability
  • Good people management, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written
