The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting processes of the business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls. Operating within a BPO environment, this role requires the ability to manage accounting processes across multiple clients or business units, ensure compliance with South African statutory requirements, and support the broader finance function in delivering reliable financial information to internal and external stakeholders.

- tPrepare and review monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyse
