Job summary

IIE Rosebank International seeks a dedicated accounting lecturer to teach hours per module, engage students for assessments, and support academic results analysis.

You will collaborate with the Central Academic Team, update the Learning Management System, develop assessments, and monitor at-risk students while contributing to academic meetings. A Degree/Honours/Master’s in Accounting and 2–3 years of lecturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours/Master’s in Accounting.
• 2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring experience.
• 1–3 years industry-specific experience in accounting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and engage students based on module requirements.
• Manage resources including academic materials and consult with the Information Centre.
• Update the LMS and provide feedback to students.
• Prepare and assess student work in alignment with Central Academic Team briefs.
• Monitor student engagement and assessment submissions, escalating where needed.
• Attend academic meetings across faculties and contribute to program discussions.
• Analyse module results to identify at-risk modules and drive improvement.
