We have an amazing opportunity for an Accounting & Compliance Manager at a dynamic and growing accounting firm based in Centurion!

The main purpose of this role is :

• To serve as the right hand to the Managing Partner, overseeing client accounting portfolios, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring exceptional delivery across accounting and compliance functions.

This hands-on leadership role is perfect for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant or a post-SAICA Articles candidate looking to fast-track their career with broad exposure and responsibility.

We require a candidate with :

• Completed SAICA Articles at a dynamic firm with diverse exposure (accounting, management accounting, audit)
• Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios and conflicting deadlines
• Hands-on experience with Xero, Draftworx, and strong Excel skills
• Confidence in leading client engagements and managing a junior team
• A proactive and solutions-driven mindset with strong leadership potential
