We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented full-timeAccounting Clerkto join our dedicated accounting team. As Accounting Clerk, your job encompasses some of the following:

  • Responsible for processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable invoices
  • Ensure invoices are authorized, mathematically correct, pricing is verified and purchases are reconciled
  • Accurately execute data entry with attention to detail in a timely manner to ensure compliance with established deadlines
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
  • Establish and maintain required vendor & project files
  • Carry out other accounting related tasks & provide administrative support as required

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common software
  • You a confident and computer capable
  • You have high standards when it comes to details and problem-solving
  • You have outstanding organization and time-management skills
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You can work independently but also enjoy team collaboration

Experience and Education:

  • Post-secondary education in accounting preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Grocery or warehouse experience would be considered an asset
