Position : Accounting Administrator

Working Schedule : 9a-5p EST

Salary Range : $2,000-$2,400 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Administrator to support our finance team with daily accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee expense reports
  • Handle data entry, document filing, and other administrative support tasks
  • Support audits and tax filings by gathering and organizing relevant documentation
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Assist the accounting team with other tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
