A medical group in Sandton is looking for a well-experienced Accountant to join their team.

The successful incumbent would preferably have experience working within a Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing concern.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Financial Manager.
• Perform full-function accounting.
• Reconcile General Ledger Accounts.
• Prepare Trial Balance and Management Accounts.
• Manage Cashbook, Debtors, Creditors, and VAT Reconciliations.
• Handle Payroll and VAT Reconciliations.
• Assist in tax preparation, bank reconciliations, and cash flow planning and management.

Requirements:

• A B or Bpt or relevant NFQ Level 7 financial degree.
• 3-5 years experience as an Accountant.
• Available to start on a 3-month temporary contract with a strong possibility of permanency.
