We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements and management accounts, supporting accurate reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Compilation of management accounts and variance analysis
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
• General ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies
• Liaising with Auditors and preparing audit packs
• Assisting with tax computation and statutory returns

Requirements

• BCom Accounting (or equivalent Degree)
• 3–5 years7 experience in a full accounting function role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage, Pastel, and Xero)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
