Job description

Accountant Pietermaritzburg (R25k-R38k neg)

Start Date : ASAP

Location : Pietermaritzburg

Medical / Pension / Provident No

Performance Bonus : Yes, to eligible employees

Working Hours : 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday. The normal workday starts at 07h30 and ends at 16h00.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Progress toward or completion of a professional designation (SAIPA, SAICA, or CIMA) is advantageous
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP)
