Description: Our client, based in Somerset-West, currently has the above position available for an analytical and detail-oriented team player with excellent accounting knowledge and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Petty cash
2. Comparing freight invoices with shipping schedules
3. Creditors reconciliations
4. Invoicing
5. Valuta bank reconciliations
6. Debtors
7. Packing lists
8. Prices follow up and final invoices from account sales
9. Keeping up payment files
10. Post payments on payment file
11. All ad hoc financial functions related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

1. BCom Accounting degree or similar qualification
2. Partially completed SAIPA articles / completed SAIPA articles
3. Excellent computer skills (specifically Microsoft Excel and Pastel)
4. Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
5. Own reliable transport

Commencement date: Jan / Feb.
