Job Description:

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with a specialization in Human Resources for our client's manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial and HR-related tasks within the organization. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  2. Manage employee benefits and compensation, including processing payroll and administering benefits programs.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Coordinate and conduct recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  5. Perform monthly financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
  6. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to accounting and HR functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Full Debtors and Creditors experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and human resources roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and HR software programs.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
