Hire Resolve has partnered with a leading supplier of stainless steel in our domestic and global markets. The client is currently looking for an Accountant - Accounts Payable to join their team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate employees to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Complete financial month-end and year-end tasks
• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Handle internal and external reporting, and assist with audits
• Assist with inquiries from suppliers
• Ensure correct processing and adherence to payment terms
• Maintain compliance with AFRS and IAS
• Ensure 100% compliance with VAT regulations

Requirements:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate employees
• Complete financial month-end and year-end tasks
• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Handle internal and external reporting, and assist with audits
