A growing consulting firm is seeking a finance professional for managing accounts and preparing financial reports. This role requires a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and involves daily bookkeeping, budget preparation, and maintaining financial controls in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monthly and weekly management account reporting.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Preparing weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Reviewing and approving invoices.
• Processing and paying supplier invoices.
• Daily bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining financial controls and processes.
• Preparation of annual budgets
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Xero accounting software and/or Quickbooks
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and be self-managed.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
