Responsible for preparing and reviewing management accounts.
Responsible for reviewing salary, prepaid and receipting recons.
Responsible for preparing reconciliations between two accounting systems monthly, e.g. Sitelink and MRI.
Reviewing VAT201 submissions and recons.
Responsible for updating and maintaining cash flows and preparing Budget vs Actuals.
Responsible for preparing and reviewing adjustment accounts for properties acquired or disposed.
Responsible for acquisition and disposal journals and capital gain tax calculations.
Assist with on/-off boarding of properties on MRI.
Responsible for assisting with tax planning.
Responsible for preparing annual financial statements and assisting with Audit queries.
