Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers

Process invoices, payments, and payroll

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Ensure compliance with SARS and other regulatory requirements

Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required

Maintain and improve internal financial controls and procedures

Requirements

Education : Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Financial Management from a reputable institution

Experience : 2–3 years in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks)

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Knowledge of South African tax laws and financial regulations
