Job Title: Financial Accountant

A well-established, close-knit company that prides itself on simplification and technological advantages in the wild game industry is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team based in Pretoria East.

Responsibilities

1. Process cashbooks and perform bank reconciliations daily.
2. Manage supplier processing, reconciliation, and payments.
3. Assist with debtors follow-up.
4. Reconcile allocated balance sheet accounts monthly.
5. Coordinate asset management, including record keeping, insurance, and write-offs.
6. Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
7. Compile and submit statutory reports timely.
8. Manage auction transactions based on managerial instructions.
9. Maintain communication with external clients, including clients, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
10. Address and resolve client/customer queries and complaints.

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification required.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years in an accounting role.
• Processing experience is non-negotiable.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Sage One is advantageous.
