We are a leading independent telecoms infrastructure company, with one of the most extensive tower portfolios across Africa and the Middle East. Our business model promotes tower infrastructure sharing and enables mobile network operators (MNOs) to deliver mobile connectivity more quickly, reliably, cost-effectively and with a lower carbon footprint. In turn, this supports the expansion and quality of mobile connectivity, driving sustainable development in our markets.

What we do

We build, acquire, lease-up and operate telecommunications towers that can accommodate and power the needs of multiple tenants. Our tenants are the major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and we serve them across nine high-growth markets (8 in Africa + Oman in the Middle East). This is a fixed term position for 6 months

Location

Key responsibilities

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) and produce month end financial reports as required
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform account reconciliations
• Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Process invoices and manage expense tracking
• Provide support during audits and generate financial reports
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver financial insights
• Contribute to operational improvements and stakeholder engagement

Requirements for the role

• Education: BCom Accounting
• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in a large-listed organization
• Certifications: ACCA, ACA, or equivalent
• Technical: Advanced excel, experience with SAP, and multi-currency group consolidation
• Language: Fluency in English
• South African citizen with a valid ID book/card
• No criminal record
