Responsibilities:

1. Reconcile revenue between financial and management systems.
2. Process and post monthly payroll journals accurately.
3. Reconcile payroll transactions and salary clearing accounts.
4. Manage and reconcile staff debtor accounts.
5. Investigate and allocate unallocated deposits.
6. Analyze and resolve credit balances on debtor accounts.
7. Identify and address financial discrepancies proactively.
8. Ensure all reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
